Fusion Festival 2021 has been postponed!

On this page we provide Information for people who have paid booking for Bus Trips to Fusion Festival 2021.

What happens now?

We will soon covert all active bookings to a Voucher code with the value of the booking not including prassle charges. These Vouchers are valid till 31.12.2023.

You will find your Voucher code in the user area as soon as it has been converted.

If you still own a Voucher from the previous year, its validity will be extended to 31.12.2023 as well.

In both cases you may use the voucher code to:

  • Book a new trip on BASSLINER.org (That would be awesome as it does not create additional costs or work for us.)

  • Get a refund for the full amount of your booking including presale charges at our refund-portal. We expect to be able to process all refunds within 4 Weeks. You may leave a donation for part of your booking with us. The refund portal will be available as of 17.05.2021 at refund.bassliner.org

What the refund means for us:

For us, refunds are very time-consuming compared to vouchers. This is because we have to check in each case how high the refund amount is and initiate a refund to the corresponding means of payment individually and by hand. This probably takes us about 5 minutes per case - 5 minutes for which we have to pay our staff and during which we cannot make any preparations for the current season.

We also refund the advance fees, although we incur costs for both your original payment and the refund. So if you want to go to one of the raves in the fall anyway or want to rewrite your ticket to next year, we appreciate anyone who simply keeps their voucher and books new rides with us for it at some point. This way we don't incur any costs for personnel or payment providers.

  • We will soon present a first, comprehensive timetable for the Fusion Festival 2022 and release the booking.

  • We will also offer rides from many cities for the smaller events in late summer.

However, especially in these times of pandemic, we also understand everyone who is in urgent need of money. Therefore, reimbursement is of course also in order and will be processed as quickly as we can. We currently expect a maximum processing time of 4 weeks - although in most cases it should be much faster.

So: If you don't need the money urgently and are going to ride with us again soon anyway - keep your voucher and look forward to your next ride. If you need money - get your refund.

FAQ

  • I don't want a voucher but a refund - what do I have to do?

    The voucher is only an intermediate step to the refund and will be issued automatically to all booking holders. You can use the voucher for a refund request as well as for a new booking.

  • Do I have to decide right now if I want a refund?

    No, you can use the voucher immediately and for more than 2 years (until at least 31.12.2023) for both a new booking and a refund.

  • Can I partially refund the voucher and partially use it for a new booking?

    This is also possible from 17/05.

  • Do I have to show "unreasonableness" to get a refund?

    No. You can use the voucher either for a refund or for a new booking. There are no requirements to justify the decision.

  • How does the refund work?

    We are currently preparing a refund form to handle the refunds as efficiently as possible. You can request a refund starting next Monday (17.05.) at refund.bassliner.org.

  • How long will the refund take?

    Of course, it depends on how many refunds we receive. From today's point of view, we expect a maximum processing time of 2-4 weeks.
